At Luna Selene, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and with care. Please review our shipping policy below for orders dispatched via Fedex:

Currently we only accept orders and deliver to the UK. 

Shipping Options

• Fedex: £6.95 – Typically delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Order Processing

• Orders placed Sunday through Monday will be processed and dispatched on the following Tuesday.
• Orders placed on Tuesday through Saturday will be processed and dispatched the following working day, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen delays within the Fedex network. We kindly ask for your patience during these times.

Tracking

If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. This will allow you to monitor your delivery’s progress.

Ordering in the EU

All of our products are registered with the EU Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP) and we have a nominated EU Responsible Person in place.

If you are located in the EU (other than the Republic of Ireland) and wish to place an order, please email us at hello@lunaselene.co.uk with your order details and shipping address. We’ll provide you with a shipping quote and assist you in completing your order manually.

Please note that we currently do not offer automated checkout for EU customers through our website due to variable international shipping rates.

All orders shipped from the UK to the EU are sent on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.

This means:

• We do not charge VAT at checkout.

• You may be required to pay VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon delivery, depending on your country’s import regulations.

• These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Ordering IN the US

We don’t currently sell or ship to the United States.
