Currently we only accept orders and deliver to the UK.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen delays within the Fedex network. We kindly ask for your patience during these times.
If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. This will allow you to monitor your delivery’s progress.
All of our products are registered with the EU Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP) and we have a nominated EU Responsible Person in place.
If you are located in the EU (other than the Republic of Ireland) and wish to place an order, please email us at hello@lunaselene.co.uk with your order details and shipping address. We’ll provide you with a shipping quote and assist you in completing your order manually.
Please note that we currently do not offer automated checkout for EU customers through our website due to variable international shipping rates.
All orders shipped from the UK to the EU are sent on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.
